RZ cannot be reprogrammed

Issue

Some RZs have DSPs that can't be reprogrammed. While trying to reprogram them zBusMon, the DSPs become unresponsive and show 0% cycle usage while good DSPs show 99% usage.

Solution

Contact TDT support for a replacement DSP.
