TTankInterfaces improperly opens legacy tanks

Issue

When a new legacy tank is selected in TTankInterfaces, the tank name has a '.tbk' appended to it. When you try to access that tank, it fails saying it couldn't find it.

Solution

Upgrade to the latest version of OpenEx.
