USB 3 Interface Communication Failures

Issue
Devices with a USB 3 interface (UZ3, iConZ, RZ6-U) can lose connection when connected to the front panel on the PC.
Solution
The maximum cable length for USB 3 cables is 2-3 m. The front panel USB connectors have a short cable inside that connects to the motherboard. This additional internal length added to the external cable length can be enough to exceed the maximum recommended cable length.
Use a back panel USB 3 port if you experience intermittent communication issues.
If you need a longer distance, purchase an active USB 3 extension cable that regenerates the signal so it can be transmitted over longer distances.
