Our Five-Year Warranty

TDT products are backed by our unique five-year warranty that includes parts and labor. Contact TDT to obtain an RMA number before returning any hardware.

Please note that the following items have a limited two-year warranty:

  • Headstages
  • Headstage adapters
  • EC1/ES1 speakers
  • LUX LEDs, photosensors, power meter

LUX fiber cables and cable kit have a limited one-year warranty.

Custom manufactured hardware carries a one-year warranty on parts and labor. All other TDT System 3 products are covered for five years. Resell items carry manufacturer’s warranty only.
