Publication Spotlight: ANS Lab
May 19, 2021
Congratulations to Andres Pena and the ANS Lab at Florida International University for their recent publication in the Journal of Neural Engineering! The ANS Lab investigates the effects of trauma and disorders of the nervous system, and develops technology to offset the effects of limb amputation, orthopedic injury and disease, and other neurodegenerative diseases.
This study, which used TDT’s electrical stimulation system, looked at a novel surface stimulation strategy to evoke enhanced distally referred percepts.
